About Tails Pet Care

We understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big thing, but trusting a stranger is something else. At Tails Pet Care we own our own animals and know they are an important part of family life. This is why we decided to write the Tails Pet Care Ethos.

At Tails Pet Care we limit the number of dogs per service we offer. For example; we only walk max of six well behaved dogs per walk to ensure that we not only keep control of them but that they each get attention from us. We are not able to do this if there are so many dogs running around and neither can others. We match energy levels to ensure that our dogs get the right walk; it’s not fair on high energy dogs to be walked with low energy dogs and vice versa.

We are also fully insured and CRB checked.

Insurance is for peace of mind, if anything was to happen whilst out on a walk or looking after dogs in our care the cost of it is covered. It doesn’t undo the damage done but is one less thing to worry about. Dog walkers that offer walking at the cheapest rates don’t tend to be insured. This is not an issue until something goes wrong. Who is going to pay for the vet bills if your dog gets attacked by another dog if there is no insurance to cover it? Vet bills can be expensive (as we all know!!) and not all pet insurers will cover your dog during the time they are being walked by a dog walker.

So at Tails Pet Care  our prices are very reasonable for the services we offer. We treat your pets like our own and know our relationship with our clients is built on trust. We have many clients that continue to come back to us and we feel that is the best compliment.
